Job Description

1. Oversee the day-to-day structure works of the project and provide timely updates.
2. Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations for all structure matters.
3. Responsible for all C&S inspection activities.
4. Manage material at construction site to ensure zero wastage and no overstock of material.
5. Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.
6. Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
7. Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
8. Assist the project manager in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued.
9. Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
10. Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
