Job Description

1. Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with clients and internal staff to ensure project is completed according to requirement
2. Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
3. Monitors the quality and progress of the discipline on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
4. Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
5. Coordinate between architectural team and consultant by conducting technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
6. Oversee the day-to-day architectural works of the project and provide timely updates.
7. Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations for all architectural matters.
8. Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.
9. Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines, relate design intent from architect/design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing and
10. Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
